When robbing a bank, it is wise to scout the premesis first: check for exits, security guard schedules, and times the banks are busiest. Oh, and make sure it's a bank. A would-be robber forgot that last step, and barged in to a building demanding the tellers hand over the cash. The bank had left months before - the city water department occupied the location now.
